The Art of Espalier--Part 1

My son Andy’s first apple of the season. Our ‘Dorsett Golden’ apples are espaliered, ostensibly to screen the compost bins from view. Though not a great screen, it forms a “leafy fence” to the vegetable garden and apples to eat.
