Garlic, beets and carrots thrive in the root crops raised bed.
Purple sprouting broccoli moved up from one gallon to 15 gallon pots over the weekend. Last year, in the raised bed, six plants grew four feet tall and overtook the other broccoli and kale planted nearby.
