I must admit I was smitten by the idea of Rose Petal Granola when I saw it last June on the 101 Cookbooks blog.
Straightaway, I began saving rose petals from my favorite, most fragrant red rose, ‘Prospero’ (a David Austin beauty).
I used my own time-tested granola recipe and matched the rose petals with dried cranberries.
Delicious for breakfast with tangy Greek yogurt.
