Last week I had a Monday marmalade marathon with 36 jars to show for the day. My stock is replenished and I have marmalade to share for another year.
I experimented and made a small batch without pectin so there will be a jar to jar comparison soon.
I picked the last head of broccoli this week. It looks so much better on the plant than posing on my counter for a shot.
The large side shoots of broccoli are finishing as well. Now begins the daily snapping of the small ones suitable for salads and stir-fry. The snow peas continue enthusiastically.
And the Easter dinner bouquet from the garden (except the yellow lilies).
To see other garden harvests head over to Harvest Monday, hosted by Our Happy Acres.
