Flowers in My Edible Garden
April 28, 2014
Enjoy these images of flowers blooming in or next to my edible garden. Later this week–reasons to grow flowers with your vegetables.
Bi-color sweet peas climb to seven feet on a trellis
Pacific iris bloom under the apricot tree.
Just finished recently, the tree peony is next to the rhubarb and in front of the marionberries.
Iceland poppies nestle between the scallions and the carrots.
‘Rozanne’ geraniums circle the tangerine tree and draw bees to the garden.
Wind poppies and larkspur seed themselves all around the garden and bloom this time of year.
Farewell-to-spring lives happily on the other side of the garden fence in the alley.
Mexican yellow tulip poppy, another alley dweller thrives on even a little rain and dew.
