Edible Flowers
I had been planning to do a post on edible flowers but found this on LA Weekly Blogs. Follow the link to a partial list of edible flowers from the North Carolina University Department of Horticulture. Remember, not all flowers are edible. Some taste bad and others are poisonous. Here in San Diego, Suzie’s Farm often has edible flowers at farmer’s markets.
